Kelly is adamant about empowering and inspiring both men and women in business and life.

In 2017 after temporarily losing partial vision and hearing, Kelly underwent weeks of testing where she was ultimately diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Rather than allowing this disease to define her, she advocated for those who share her diagnosis. Kelly is now on the National Multiple Sclerosis Digital Advisory Board, lending her voice, story, and talents to assist those with MS and those with loved ones fighting MS. Joining Benny (in studio!) is Samantha Moatz. Samantha is the inspiring founder of 412Thrive, an advocate for ALL breast cancer fighters, and a super mom. In October of 2010, at the age of 23, Samantha found a lump in her right breast and within a month was diagnosed with stage 1b 100% estrogen positive breast cancer. She had no family history and no genetic mutations, so she is living proof that cancer can happen to anyone at any time and at any age. A true warrior, Samantha underwent a lumpectomy, and did thirty-six rounds of radiation.

Samantha celebrated being ten years cancer free on October 28, 2020. Being cancer free doesn’t mean that the battle is over; there is a price to pay physically, emotionally, and financially. This knowledge was the catalyst for founding 412Thrive. This nonprofit provides support for individuals affected by breast cancer and genetic mutations.

On this episode Samantha shares her inspiring journey from cancer diagnosis through beating it. This is a great episode for anyone that has been affected by cancer, and anyone that wants to learn more or get involved with 412Thrive and the wonderful work that they’re doing.

She began her tenure at 1st Choice Roofing in 2013 and has helped facilitate company growth of over 850% in that time. Focusing on the core values of integrity and education, Mandy is a content contributor for BOMA of Greater Cleveland, offering CEU’s in the state of Ohio for building owners and realtors regarding roofing preventative maintenance and service. Mandy has been published in numerous print and video publications, and is a proud member of National Women in Roofing as a contributor at their annual conference.

In her free time, Mandy is passionate about TRX, yoga and meditation and can be found working on her practice as both a certified instructor and devout student. Alex grew up in California, before he made the decision to move out on his own at age 14, heading to Atlanta, GA. With the entrepreneurial mind showing through at a young age, Alex quickly found multiple ways to generate income with the skills he had. He developed a sports card & autographed memorabilia business at age 12, and he knew that he had a knack for sales. After being in and out of prison in various states, Alex was given a second chance at life - and embarked on a successful journey, both personally & professionally. While in prison, he found a love for cooking and got really good at it.

After prison he began his career in restaurants - working his way up to running kitchens in multiple restaurants. Alex eventually saw an opportunity in remodeling & construction after flipping an investment property with his mom. He next found a job in construction to learn the in’s & out’s of the industry, so that he could understand the processes and details for how to build his own company in the field as a full-time house flipper. Alex decided to relocate to Pittsburgh based on the housing market, which had fruitful projections as a new house flipper. Alex shares his method for growth on social media and his roadmap for gaining all of those followers in the beginning. With consistency and a drive for constant growth, Alex eventually made the decision to leave his corporate job and become a full-time photographer/content creator.
